Shipping, Taxes, & Customs
How much does shipping cost?
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not included in Blanka’s product costs. These are separate costs that you must take into consideration when setting up your online store.
At Blanka, we have negotiated with global shipping carriers in order to offer competitive shipping prices for you:
US and Canada: $8 for first the item, and $2 for every time after that
International: $12 for first the item, and $3 for every item after that
At Blanka, we have also worked hard to find you the fastest shipping in the industry (while keeping costs low!):
North America: 3 - 5 business days
Global: 5 - 7 business days
How long will my order take?
We ship within the US and internationally! It will take 7-10 business days for packaging and shipping.
Taxes, and Customs
How does Taxes and Customs Calculated?
Typically, there are no taxes applied to Canada or US-destined packages, however EU-destined packages may incur VAT.
Customs duties may apply based in your country of residence, and you are responsible for paying them.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the Policy on Return Time Frame?
Lusatian is happy to accept returns within 14 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations.
Am I able to Return Anything?
For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear, face coverings, or any beauty products.
What Are The Return Conditions?
Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returned items with make up/tan stains, or items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or smell of smoke or any other odour. If returned items do not pass all necessary checks, they will not be accepted, and you will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to get it returned to you.
A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned in perfect condition and within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date can be sent back to the original delivery address but at your own cost.
Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.
Intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Are Lusatian Products safe?
Yes! The majority of Blanka's products are vegan, with the exception of the lip pencil, automatic eyebrow pencil, and eyebrow palette which use beeswax
All of Blanka's products are cruelty free! All products are also:
Gluten-free
Sulphate-free
